Oddboxx is coming to PS3 tomorrow in Europe

The Oddboxx, a collection of the first four Oddworld games, will be available tomorrow on the Playstation Store in European territories.

Oddworld Inhabitants, the developers of the franchise, made the announcement today on their website.

The Oddboxx contains the first four games in the series: the original Abe's Oddysee and Abe's Exoddus, and HD versions of Munch's Oddysee and Stranger's Wrath. The collection is priced at £15.99/€19.99.

Unfortunately, the games will not yet be available on the US Playstation store. The developer says "technicalities regarding the product publisher code" have prevented them from a simultaneous release.

The European territories which will receive the Oddboxx include Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, UK, and Ukraine.

Oddworld Inhabitants are currently working on a HD remake of the original Abe's Oddysee, titled New 'n' Tasty, which is slated for release in 2014 on PS3, PS4, Vita, Wii U, PC, Mac and Linux.
