You now can pay with Paypal in US PlayStation Store on PS3

Friday, 1st November 2013 20:58 GMT By Phil Owen

Before you this year, you couldn’t buy anything on the PlayStation store with your Paypal account. Then in January you could add Paypal funds to your PS Wallet from the Sony Network webstore, and now you can use Paypal on your PS3 in the PS Store in the US. Sony notes you will need a Paypal account in order to use Paypal.

What better time to do this if not at the end of your console cycle.

    Bravo, you fucking idiots.

Seriously, if there is one thing wrong about PSN, it’s the limited paying choices. I buy a lot through Steam because it has so many choices. I don’t even use PayPal, but at least now it’s available.

If you’re an american citizen that is.

I would’ve bought so many more games on PSN if they had been smarter about this.

I buy the cards from eBay, makes everything cheaper, still this is late, unless it carries over on ps4? In which case it’s early!

@3, buying directly from the PSN store is retarded when there are retailers who will sell you network credit for less than the face value.

Console digital pricing is excessive in the first place, why pay the full asking price if you don’t have to?
