Fairy Fencer F opening cinematic taunts western fans

Thursday, 5th September 2013 05:32 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Here’s the opening cinematic for Fairy Fencer F, the first game from Compile Hearts’ Galapagos RPG label, which makes games specifically for the Japanese market. The PlayStation 3 exclusive launches in Japan in November and at this stage looks unlikely to be localised in English, even though the involvement of Nobuo Uematsu and Yoshitaka Amano has JRPG fans drooling for it. So, you know – suck it up and learn kanji.

Thanks, Gematsu.

I’ll give this a shot when I’m finished Vesperia. So, in like three years.

I’m not sure why you say this is unlikely to be localized when there exists NISA, who localize stuff like this all the time, many of it from Compile Hearts.

Most of Compile Hearts’ games got NISA’s back up. Guess it’s a matter of time. We even have Compile Hearts’ Vita games localized, it’s not nice to spare this niche title.
