It would be great to see a refresh of Ghouls N Ghosts (not a 3d take, like Maximo) sharing the style and approach of the original but with modern flair.
They could try to design a refreshed G N G from the mind’s eye, or effectively a brainstorming session – for instance, get multiple generations of Capcom developers involved! – not just relying on the original design documents!

Maverick Hunter – or, some other kind of FPS Megaman – would also be appreciated. :) Capcom have sound properties, but they’re betting the farm on the golden goose, and that only appears to be getting a stronger tendency of theirs.

Wasn’t Svensson behind/backing Darkstalkers? I’m NOT enthusiastic about what may be a tell-tale sign that Cappy Japan’s pulling back on the reins. Capcom USA is responsible for much of their more notable output.
