DuckTales: Remastered will release in August

WayForward has announced that DuckTales: Remastered will release in August.

You can also watch a mini documentary on the game below.

It will hit North America on August 13 for $14.99 on eShop, PSN and Steam and will release in Europe on August 15 on eShop and PSN for €14.99.

The Xbox Live Arcade version will launch September 11.

If you want to wait until August 20, you can get a DuckTales Disney collector’s pin via a boxed version at retail for PS3. It will run you $19.99.

    This is great, great news; only sad bit is that I guess there’s no Vita Crossplay? Hadn’t been mentioned/rumoured etc. but I still held out hope…ah well, PS3 it is.

    OH YEAH BABY, POGOSTICKING IN SPACE!!!
    I used to love this game as a kid.
    I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to trade in my 360 early or not. My mind has just been made up. I need to hang onto it for a while so I can play this game.

    I am inappropriately excited over this. I can’t even tell you.

    We have to wait an additional week for the boxed version (with pin) on the PS3? Man, that is going to be a long week waiting when the digital download is ripe for the picking…..

    I am so beyond excited for this!

    I would love it if they did something like putting the original NES version on Wii U Virtual Console and doing a sale thing where if you buy Duck Tales HD you can get Duck Tales original for a dollar or something.

    There seems to be many people requesting different things on PS Vita.

    A. People who want ports.
    B. People who New IPs.
    C. People who want exclusives.
    D. People who want system sellers.
    E. People Who Want AAA Games.
    F. People who want indie/mobile games.
