Final Fantasy 7 is available to buy on Steam now, complete with Steam Achievements, booster packs and more.

Square’s iconic JRPG can be yours now for just £9.99 with all new HD visuals, 36 achievements and booster packs that let you increase your HP, MP or Gil at a cost. It’s handy if you don’t want to run around in circles waiting for random encounters to begin in order to level up properly.

You can buy Final Fantasy 7 on Steam right here. Let us know if you do.

Thanks Kotaku.

If i had known the game would be released on Steam, I wouldnt buy it from Square Enix Store :(

…and that “HD visuals” ehm, it really isnt HD …they even didnt make backgrounds suitable for widescreen monitors and high resolutions, and that is why everything in the game looks blocky and jaggy

in other, more important news, recent versions of ppsspp emulate Crisis Core perfectly.

Requires logging into a square enix account to play…apparently FF7 is an MMO now…

No graphical enhancment, no extra well, anything, and a worse soundtrack than the original. Square sucks so hard right now.
