Xbox One: site rips apart controller, takes photos of innards – rumour

Monday, 1st July 2013 10:35 GMT By Dave Cook

Xbox One’s new controller has been literally dissected by a Chinese gaming site, which has taken photos of its electronic nether-regions. We’re not sure where they got the pad from, or if it’s even real at all, so treat these photos and details as rumour for now.

The site in question is Xbox Skyer, and you can see the images here.

The images are watermarked so we won’t post them here, but you can check out Pat’s hands-on comparison of both the Xbox One and PS4 controllers right here.

Thanks Kotaku.

Got to respect those watermarked photos of a stolen controller. Ok..I don’t k.ow if it was stolen, but I bet it wasn’t supposed to leave the factory. And yeah, where are the rumbles?

@3 well I guess it’s made in China, so it wouldn’t be too far fetched …

The pictures says it was taken from a manufacturing site in Dongguan, China, sounds legit since Microsoft does have several manufacturing factory there in charge of assembling Xbox 360 parts.
