EVE Online patched to rebalance Tier 1 ships

CCP has patched EVE Online, overhauling the user interface and module system, adding the skill Armor Honeycombing, and enacting some art tweaks. That's all well and good, but the update also rebalances nine more Tier 1 ships, so expect the usual roars of outrage over nerfing and overpowered buffing.
