Hideo Kojima to show off FOX Engine, Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes at GDC

Hideo Kojima will detail the FOX Engine for first time through a demonstration featuring Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes at GDC. The session, "Photorealism Through the Eyes of a 'Fox' - The Core of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes" will show some of the "key components and unique methods" used in the game's development, according to GDC organizers. The talk will focus on the lighting system, environmental elements, and character realism among other things including the FOX Engine tools. Technical director Junji Tago, lighting artist Masayuki Suzuki, and CG art director Hideki Sasaki will join Kojima on stage. GDC takes place March 25-29 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
