Ride to Hell still in development, according to report - rumor

Ride to Hell, the action-adventure announced by Koch Media in July 2008, is still in development, according to Playnews.

We reached out to Deep Silver earlier today and have yet to hear back so we waited to run the news. Instead, we will keep this listed as a rumor until someone gets back with us.

According to a tip we received in the mail, the news comes courtesy of senior communication manager Martin Vein. The title was cancelled in 2009, but Wein reportedly said and announcement on the game's status "will be made in the near future."

A few Linkedin profiles indicate the game is in production for PS3 and Xbox 360, and a CastingCallPro profile reports that one of its actors will provide the voice of Caesar in the game,

Massive Black has also posted some unpublished artwork for the game.

Ride to Hell was announced as a multi-platform title set for release in 2009 and is "set in the last years of the roaring 1960’s, a time of Sex, Drugs and Rock ‘N Roll."
