Worlds of Ultima: The Savage Empire and Ultima: Worlds of Adventure 2: Martian Dreams have joined GOG.com’s line-up of EA classics, and for incomprehensible reasons are available free of charge. The two games are spin-offs to the core Ultima pantheon, positing trips to very different settings from the familiar fantasy fields of more central releases. One involves dinosaurs and the other one is a Victorian sci-fi romp. Yep. Fans swear by these unusual little gems and I think I already mentioned they’re completely free, so knock yourself out.
