Tekken Tag Tournament 2 US pre-order bonuses detailed
As in the UK, Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will favour US retailers with exclusive DLC characters. Best Buy and Amazon offer both Michelle Chang and Angel with pre-orders, while GameStop pre-orders include four characters, with Ancient Ogre and Kunimitsu making up the numbers. The tag-team fighter arrives on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in September.

but he said tekken games will never have dlc charters and now this wtf?

He said that those who pre order the game will have early access to certain characters. So the ones from the pre order will be released eventually on a time release kinda like in arcades probably.
