The PC version of Max Payne 3 will ship on four DVDs, according to the Indian distributor of the game, E-Xpress. The multiple discs will require users to have 35GB minimum of storage left on their systems. The Xbox 360 version shipped on two discs, while the PS3 version shipped on one Blu-ray. Game’s out on PC June 1. Thanks, MCV.

The most I have ever installed is two. I think. I’d have to get out my box of games and look. This does not include floppies, mind you.

Soon, Pc Gamers will have to be aware about buying theses games on Blue-ray… If this game took 35gb, what will happen with GTA V?

Wish they had a BR option for PC. My PC has a Blu Ray player – I doubt I’m the only one. With growing game size it’s clearly time for a move on the media side too.

Bit alarming it’s only 2 DVD on 360 vs 4 for PC – sounds like console content is much lower in detail. Wonder whether the PS3 has same content (I presume so) on the BR.

Most likely for the PC they are uncompressed where the Xbox 360 version has to have compression.
