Quick shots – Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time character renders and screens
Sony has released screenshots and character renders for Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time to herald the announcement of the Vita SKU on GTTV last evening.

The Vita version will take advantage of Cross-Save between the handheld and PS3, and makes full-use of Vita’s gyro controls so players can tilt and steer their way through seven worlds full adventure and tasks.
Players can choose from a selection of playable characters, including Carmelita, each with its own “unique style and humor.”
Both versions are slated for a fall release.

i am playing sly 3 (hd) right now and the jak and daxter hd triology…really really cool to play this games again. if i will find the time i will definiteley pick up sly 1 and 2 and the upcoming ratchet and clank hd triology too…it would be so awesome if those games would be “remote playable”…if that would be the case i would buy them all within the next ten seconds.

@ Yes I’m playing the HD trilogy too, I had already played Sly 1 on ps2 but playing it in 3D and HD is amazing.
Great news about the vita version, I hope they have a bundle sale.

bundle sale would be great indeed. i miss games like this so much. i really hope sony will bring more of these old franchises back. the vita is perfect for those games too. daxter on the psp was great.
i really cannot say how excited i am about this new sly game. i like the bf3´s and skyrims of this world, but jumping from rope to rope in a lava level cannot be beaten.

i really recommend the jak and daxter hd triology as well by the way. these games have aged very well. the gameplay is still great fun, smooth and all. really cool.
