The in-game art style is fascinating. It’s mildly reminiscent of some cell shaded games without being cell shaded. Instead, they’ve used the same phong shading method that TF2 so successfully put to use.

The drawn art is fairly terribad (sorry guys), but the models are decent, and the engine shows them off really well. This just goes to show that even a type of shading can make all of the difference in the world. Especially to a more stylistic, noir-ish game.

I might have to keep an eye on this one.
