Report: UK game sales down 29% for February

MCV's reporting that game sales in the UK for February were down by 29% compared to last year.

Last month generated £55 million in revenue, with 2.3 million games sold in the UK for the period between January 29 and February 25.

Final Fantasy XIII-2 was the best selling game of the month, followed by the Metal Gear Solid HD Collection and FIFA 12.

The data also covered the first three days of Vita's time on sale in the UK. The highest-ranking game in the period was Uncharted: Golden Abyss at 14.
