US retailer BigBadToyStore has posted a listing for Mass Effect 3 figures which include downloadable in-game bonus items exclusive to the North American release. Figurines for Miranda, Garrus, Mordin and Legion cost $17.99 each or in a four-pack for $67.99. Another pack containing Tali, Thane, Grunt and Shepard is currently on backorder, and are listed for the same price. The DLC content wasn’t mentioned in the report on MCV or in the retail listings. Mass Effect 3 is out in March for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360.

Not sure whether I am unhappy Europe aren’t getting this, or not. Dislike that someone might luck in to a piece of powerful DLC for buying an action figure, while the rest of us are…what? Forced into buying it, or just having to grind away at the multiplayer?

what kind of sorry ass retailer is this?

“This item is in Sub-Standard Grade Condition:
The item is brand new, in mint condition, and includes all packaging.
Packaging condition is 60% mint (C6), to 80% mint (C8).
The packaging may have dents, tears, price tags, creases or other flaws.
Sub-Standard Grade items are perfect for opening, the item itself is mint. ”

so bioware has truly fallen to the dark-side by including dlc codes in with these toys, the greedy “if you want to get all the dlc/full game then buy these toys” nature is just so really offensive that i can hardly believe that bioware would do such a thing, these dlc items better be made available in some other way or i think that bioware may start to alienate its core fanbase

They have been doing this awhile they did it with ME2 and DA2. It doesn’t bother me because after 6 months they put all the DLC available to everyone . Its just vanity items that add nor take away anything. WHen they give out special modes or companions to retailers then I will call foul but for weapons or skins pfft who cares.

This will be pretty much like the Dr Pepper exclusive headgears for Mass Effect 2

I’m American (proudly) and I think its totally messed up that we get something like this while you guys don’t. As a gamer and therefor major fan of Mass Effect I want everyone to share in the fun. Not cool, Bioware. Still getting it though! =P
