PlayMemories Studios PS3 video editor spotted at CES
Engadget has some wobbly shots of something called PlayMemories Studio, an app for your PlayStation 3 which has been trademarked as “software for viewing, organizing and editing digital photos and video”. Now details as yet (is it for captured game footage? For video uploaded from Sony cameras?), but the app has spawned a Facebook page, so we might not have long to wait.

That would just be awesome. I don’t see why not consoles should have these integrated. It would create a more dynamic, online community for sharing gameplay videos on YouTube and such

The long-existing PlayMemories picture app and the PSEye software are crap, hopefully this version of the former for video will actually add some value.
