Blizzard "still passionate" about delivering StarCraft II Mod Marketplace

Blizzard producer Rob Pardo has insisted it's still looking to bring the Mod Marketplace for StarCraft II to consumers.

"It is something we still would like to do. Hopefully before too much longer we can re-announce that," Pardo told IGN at the recent press event for the Diablo III beta.

"But yeah, it's still something we're passionate about, it's just one of those things that I think we thought was going to be easier to do than it was."

The SCII Mod Marketplace, announced ages back, will allow players to sell custom game types to other players for a profit.

If it does eventually come, it'll probably will drop alongside the next SCII chapter, Heart of the Swarm.
