Video – Spend four minutes with Phantasy Star Online 2
SEGA has released direct-feed footage of Phantasy Star Online 2 complete with English translation. It’s four minutes long, and posted below the break courtesy of Andriasang. Closed beta testing of the game will begin this summer in Japan, with testers chosen by a lottery. It’s out this year on PC, with a western release unknown at this point.

…I’d rather they just ported PSO:BB to PS360, after having seen that.

I’ve played some Blue Burst on the Schthack server over the last week, it’s pretty good.
Still, PSO v2 on XBLA pls.

PSO:BB was a fun game. But it got bland after a while. I just can’t see myself playing games where you basically move the same speed the while time. But this…this right here, is looking pretty nice.

SEGA are so SHIT at promoting their games man!
wtf do you mean “Third Person View”? of course every damn RPG have 3rd person view man!
that is not a special high feature.
I like the Random generated field, is that new in RPG games?
also it’s good to finally have a god damn RPG that uses online making human players consist of your party.
This just puts all those copy and pasted Tales games to a shame!
It’s good to have the weather dynamic effect.
The infinity adventure would be unique however it can get boring pretty fast. When you are going to random generated fields with the same enemies can get tiresome.
