Telltale Games’ Steve Allison said during a recent press event that Back to the Future has been it’s “certainly our most successful franchise to date.”

Without providing any figures, Allison attributed the game’s success to the strong license and the game’s voice talent.

The first episode in the series was released in December and the second was launched this week.

An iPad and PSN version of the first episode was released this week as well.

If you have yet to check it out on PC, Joystiq says to head on over to and use the following download code: 121GIGAWATTS.

Telltale also announced during its press event it would be releasing Hector: Badge of Carnage, King’s Quest, Puzzle Agent 2, and Fables, while confirming The Walking Dead and a release date for Jurassic Park.

I kinda feel like Telltale are willing to do a tie-in to absolutely anything these days.

I’ve been pretty disappointed with the art and the writing so far, and that’s really all there is to an adventure game.

Zombie Cow and Wadjet Eye are where it’s at in my opinion.
