Live games-on-demand update: Modern Warfare 2, Aliens vs Predator, and Bayonetta
Xbox Live’s games-on-demand service has expanded with Modern Warfare 2 and Aliens vs Predator, with Bayonetta due next week.
Prices vary wildly between territories, with no explanation to be found in currency discrepancy.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is priced at $59.99, £39.99 and AUD $109.95, while Aliens vs Predator is going for $29.99, £14.99 and AUD $29.95.
CVG reports that Sega has announced Platinum’s Bayonetta will join the games-on-demand catalogue next week, but has not revealed pricing.
Thanks, thesixthaxis.

Strange… I thought Microsoft had a download cap on their Xbox Download service? I remember reading about several games that wasn’t allowed to be a downloadable title on the Xbox due to their filesize, but if something like COD:MW2 can be bought maybe they raised the max MB level, anyone know?

There’s a ‘soft’ cap of 2gb on Live Arcade titles (soft because they occasionally let people have a bit more), but no cap on Games on Demand games.
