No "Grey" edition to grace Pokémon Black and White

Pokémon developer Gamefreak has said current iteration Black and White will not see a "director's cut" third entry, putting paid to persistent rumblings of a Pokémon "Grey".

At a press event in London last week, Gamefreak's Mana Ibe told the Spanish MeriStation that with Black and White, the developer had finished with this generation.

Previous generations have often expanded to include a third title, such as the original Red and Blue's Pikachu-themed Yellow edition.

Pokémon Black and White release in the UK on March 4, the US on March 6, and in Australia on March 10.
