Rumour – PSPhone spotted Greek video
Take with a massive pinch of salt, but what you’re going to see in the video after the break may just be the first sighting of the much-rumoured PSPhone.
Techblog says the video, shot in Greece, shows off the first motion debut of the phone.
The person using the phone doesn’t use the slide in it that shows off its D-pad and the infamous X, square, triangle and O combo.
The phone, codenamed Zeus, is set to be known as the Sony Ericsson Z1, and will run on Android software.
It’s rumoured it’ll get its full debut at an event next Thursday, with a release around the time of the Mobile World Congress.

As long as it’s not marketed as a ‘PSPhone’ then I’m OK with it.
As soon as Sony start to confuse the market with a PSP-3000, PSPgo, PSPhone and PSP2 they’ve lost ALL hope.

It does sort of look like a Blackberry Storm , but then it could be any phone. What modern phone isnt a rectangular shape with a big touch screen and has some white writing at the top?

It is the PSphone. I got to use it yesterday. Its awesome! It has better graphics than the xbox360 and PS3. Id say it has graphics comparible to a $1,600 PC. And its super fast. I loaded up Mario Kart on it within 5minutes and it ran at a solid 5fps. Its volume buttons on the side are its R and L buttons. O, and i hacked it already and read in the bios that it is ready for a 3D upgrade using LIVE marketplace to download the update. Also has facial recognition for motion controlling, but i didnt like the way my world turned instead of the image on the screen. It also sports a nice 2160p resolution screen made from Hermoine Grainger’s magic.
Sony told me it was going to cost $3,000 with a new 2yr contract on T-Mobile (exclusively). Im so excited and i am going to buy 3 on launch day.

it looks like a samsung messenger slider in camcorder mode…but i agree, id love to use spiderlaws story on the net today and see how it flies!
