Gears of War 2 getting massive XP weekend

Proper Gears noob? Want to prove you’re not? This weekend’s going to be a blast for you, then.

Epic’s announced it’s holding a massive 31x XP weekend beginning today and continuing on through until Monday.

There’s a catch, though: you need to start playing from today. So do that.

Where does it say you have to start today to get the 31x xp?

I won’t be near an xbox til Monday and I was hoping to gain a few levels then.

Guess I shouldn’t have declined that Gears invite earlier… if this is true anyway.
