brotherhood

Ubisoft’s put live the multiplayer beta of Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood for EU PlayStation Plus members.

The beta weighs in at a massive 3054Mb, and features nine different characters across two maps – Rome and Castel Gandolfo – with two modes available to play: Alliance and Wanted.

For those without a PS Plus sub, it goes live for all next week.

Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood releases on November 19 for PS3 and 360, with a 2011 release on PC.

Loading it down in writing. Beta is at 85% right now. :-) Really looking forward to trying the beta. Hope it’s not bad and / or boring. But so is this a beta, and Ubisoft will fix the game to launch. Very good that Europe gets something before the United States. U.S. has much more for PSN Plus users than Europe. But for the USA’s sake I hope they also get beta.

We, here in Austria, had a chance to win 2 hours of multiplayer-assassinating at our national games-convention and so… I won :)

Does it feel balanced in actual direct combat?

@16 Good question, AC2 was a nice game but way too easy!

@16: The gameplay is balanced, people are doing the same thing to kill each other. But when people get on higher level/rank people can use things like smoke grenade, faster sprint etc which the people on low level/rank not can use. So no. The abilities on the higher ranks/level is doing that it`s not balanced.

but in the final version, high-rank users will be confrontated with high-rank users, so if you’re lvl20 you join into a game with lvl20 and around…
not like in Bf oder CoD where you, rank 2, fight against lvl 50 …

@19

Yeah but it’ll use a system like halo 3 used to where first it looks for players of same skill, then similar and then it just looks for anyone so your gonna end up with a mix of ranks half the time, also if your playing with a friend who is a higher rank then your gonna end up playing higher people too
