APB shots look nice, minimum PC specs revealed

Thursday, 3rd June 2010 19:56 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

New shots of APB hit the net earlier today, and so did the minimum PC specs.

First off, the screens are rather cool and can be found over on PC Games.

Now, on to the specs.

If you have yet to update your system to a dual core processor within the past four years or so, now is the the time if you want to play this game.

You may also want to clear out your secrets stash of a bikini clad Graham Norton from the hard drive as well.

Here’s the minimum specs per the game’s FAQ:

  • Core 2 Duo 2Ghz or equivalent
  • 2GB RAM (3GB for Vista64 / Windows 7 64)
  • nVidia GeForce 7800 – 256MB or equivalent
  • 20GB Hard disk space
  • Headset and microphone recommended
  • Broadband internet connection required

All depends on your system, we suppose.

APB is out at the end of this month in the US for PC, with a July 2 release in the UK.

Thanks, Evil Avatar.

Yeah it’s a tough read. I think your edit is exactly correct.

That picture looks semi-amazing btw, but also very GTAish..

Shame, game is crap. At least when i played the beta.

By the way, i’m sure for 99% that this game will be announced at Microsoft press conference as an exclusive game that is coming to Xbox 360 :D

    @ Erthazus

I hope you are right. It was previously announced for 360. It is using the 360 friendly unreal 3 engine.
