Singularity gets new trailer, June 29 release date

singularity

Raven and Activision gave FPS Singularity a date of June 29 through a new video released for the game.

It’s below the break, courtesy of GameTrailers.

The time traveling shooter was originally scheduled for fall 2009, but was delayed into Q1 2010 due to Modern Warfare 2′s release.

Last month, an internal memo from GAME listed it for June 28.

Still, June is no Q1, but there ya go anyway.

The date is at the end of the trailer. Enjoy the watch.

Yeah, that looks pretty fantastic actually!

With Raven doing it too you know that it’ll be a fun enough shooter, their past games whilst have never been spectacular, they are reliable entertainment fodder.

They’ve always known how to make a game, lets hope this time they make their first truly great game.

Wow, looking even more like Bioshock than when they originally showed it last year. Not that that’s a bad thing – the intervening period appears to have given them enough time to polish up those pony time effects and now it looks pretty good. Shall continue to watch this one with interest.

Main gripe – if you’re going to have a Russian accent voice-over, please for the love of God get a Russian to do it and not just some guy who saw Rocky 4 twenty years ago.
