GAME reviewing staff working hours

GAME employees have just been told their working hours are to be reviewed as part of a group-wide shake-up.
“We continually review the sales patterns across our entire store portfolio to make sure that we have the right number of people in place to serve customers throughout the day,” said the company in a statement.
“Today we have held meetings with the teams in our stores to discuss ways that each store can better serve the customers in their local area, including a review of staff rotas and shift patterns. We are very focused on supporting our teams, and thank them for their continued hard work and understanding.”
All GAME and GameStation employees had store meetings this morning, as reported earlier.

No doubt this means some full time staff will be going part time, then made to work “overtime” to bring that up to full time hours – yet still be classed as temporary/partimers.
That’s the crap the same company (as Electronics Boutique) use to pull on us to keep our wages low and reduce our rights as staff members.

So will they include the extra hours their managers put in shuffling paper around and resticking products, they resticked the day before?
