Isn’t this getting a little out of hand? I mean VG24 is almost a MW2 fan site now rather then a general games blog. 0_o

It makes me sick that Bobby Kotick will get a huge bonus for this.

No, Pachter was not closest.
That 4.7 doesn’t include other regions such as mainland Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc, which should at least push that number up by another million plus.

I just wish it wasn’t going to that slim ball Kotick. The game is still shit MP wise and I just hope SP can redeem itself as the other half. I started the SP on COD4 yesterday and so far its meh. Killzone2 story is much more interesting.

actually it did but I guess you were too amazed by the graphics that you didn’t notice….I don’t blame you though the raw power of the PS3 can do that to you sometimes…be a little more careful when you play UC2.

Wait wait wait – I love KZ2, but c’mon, it’s story is pretty poorly exposed. CoD4′s story was *far* better conveyed, but I didn’t find the game nearly half as fun.
EDIT: Actually, to be fair I can’t really comment as I’ve not finished either KZ2 or CoD4. I have no intention of buying sequels to either, also.

I’ve never played a full COD story before not even on PS2, and I never said it was better because I haven’t finished COD4 yet. The part that I’m at (the broadcast station) has been a meh experience for me so far. It could get better, but don’t mind my words I’m being sour because MW2 MP let me down big time. It has that “my dog has died feeling” or the “same great taste new bottle design” lie you see in supermarkets.
