Borderlands multiplayer glitch being addressed, says Gearbox

borderlands15

A few folks playing Borderlands are noticing that when logging in or out of a multiplayer match that their data is reset to zero.

Gearbox is currently working on fixing the bug, and while scant few are having the issue, it’s one that is being taken seriously.

“Unfortunately there isn’t a fix just yet, but when one is available we hope to be able to repair as much of your character data as possible,” read a post in the forums.

This glitch is happening with all three versions of the game.

There are trophy glitches too. The game is awesome but it seems too many bugs got unchecked. A serious problem that all games are having “this” generation it seems :(

Oh yes, wonderful that Gearbox is addressing this minor issue. Of course, pay no heed to the fact that NO ONE can play co-op on PC.

I am at level 32 and I haven’t had ANY bugs or problems… Except that the PC version pisses me off to no end because it requires you to have a gamespy id.. I have despised GameSpy for years for personal reasons. I don’t understand the forcing of me to sign up for that shit site/service. Just another fragmentation of the PC world I guess.
