Metal Gear Solid 4 and Killzone 2 getting Platinum treatment in Europe

mgs42b

Sony has confirmed that not only will MotorStorm: Pacific Rift and Resistance 2 be added to the firm’s platinum range of games, but Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4 are expected to be released for it as well.

Each has sold over 400,000 units and the new packaging will see the price of each get knocked down to £19.99.

No release date has been announced yet, but some UK retailers are already offering the games for that price.
