Report shows there are over 183 World War II games

A report over on 1UP has concluded that there are currently 183 games with a World War II setting.

The casual census conducted by the site, has listed each “war” genre games with World War I and Korea coming in second and third, respectively.

Since 1980, the tally of games created featuring conflicts that the US participated in totals around 223.

Brothers in Arms made up 3 percent of the WWII games, with Call of Duty 5 percent, Medal of Honor 8 percent, Wolfenstein 3 percent, and 81 percent were miscellaneous titles.

That makes more sense, games based in trenches can’t really be that exciting.

They need an American civil war game. you have to base standing straight up in front of your enemy tactics with 45 second reloads.
