Assault on Dark Athena sold 100,000 in April

riddick

Starbreeze’s The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena Vin Diesel sold 100,000 units during its debut moth of April.

According to NPD, those numbers are for all platforms and include numbers for March even though the game did not hit shelves until April 7.

Just thought the Riddick fans would like to know.

More through Joystiq.

If this game didn’t have Vin Diesel or based on a movie, it would’ve been a must buy for me, but….it does.

Lance Henriksen’s in it. And someone says cunt.

You can’t get more out of a videogame than that.

You mean, the fact that Vin Diesel actually acts this character quite well, *and* that it’s actually a decent game doesn’t matter?

Biased, much?
