Sony hardware – PS3 sales up for full-year as PS2 business collapses

PS3 hardware sales rose 10 percent in the full-year ending March 31, up to 10.06 million units from 9.12 million in fiscal 2007.
PS2 hardware, however, collapsed in the past year, with sales down 42 percent to 7.91 million consoles compared to the year previous.
PSP sales were up 2 percent to 14.11 million sold.

Might have had a bit more life if they’d but the price sooner, but I guess Sony needed all the profit they could possibly get.
