Totilo joins Kotaku as deputy managing editor
MTV Multiplayer editor Stephen Totilo has joined Kotaku as its deputy managing editor.
Totilo confirmed earlier tonight that he was leaving MTV after four years.
He’ll be starting at Kotaku in May. Full details through the link.

Just wondering, how well respected is Kotaku amongst the gaming media? I’ve never really been a fan of the site myself.

I used to read Kotaku but I found the post volume to be too much and their house style a bit grating. Since this site has been around, I’ve taken it off my Google Reader. I quite like Multiplayer though so I’ll give it a go but assuming I can’t filter out Stephen’s stuff from the rest then the bottom line is I’m likely to see less of his stuff, which is a bit of a shame :/
