Microsoft signs NBC Universal movies for XBLM

shaunofthedead

A Microsoft deal with NBC Universal will see 30 of the firm’s films brought to XBLM in Europe, including Shaun of the Dead, The Fast and the Furious and The Bourne Supremacy.

The titles, already available in the UK and Ireland, will release in France, Germany and Spain in the coming weeks.

“NBC Universal has a fantastic reputation in the film world and have some true blockbusters in their portfolio,” said Xbox Europe marketing boss David Gosen.

“We are delighted to be working with them to bring major titles from Universal Pictures into Xbox Live living rooms – this is all part of our ongoing strategy to make Xbox a major entertainment hub.”

The dude in that photo with the beard and semi-bald head lives near me. He has a twin brother who was also in the movie.

When we were kids, we used to call him and his twin, tweedle-dee and tweedle-dum. Kids are mean. Shortly after the movie release they changed their hair and beard – because they always had looked just like they do in the movie.

The list of movies is not that great I mean most would be picked up in your local bargain bucket.
