Nintendo’s just refused to comment on when we can expect a European date for DSi.
“No comment on this one,” said a UK rep.
Nintendo of America just confirmed the machine will release in the US on April 5, price $170.
Rumour recently pointed to a Australian DSi release in July, logically leading to a similar date for other PAL territories.

Is this better than the DS technically, or does it just have a camera?
Hunam said:
Bigger screens, camera and support for storage so you can get downloadable games.
Personally, I don’t care for it really, maybe they just shouldn’t bother over here.

They’ve got to resell essentially the same product to the same people again though so it’s almost certainly going to come out in the EU.

@mike
i’ve heard the chips are reportedly clocked at twice the stock speed 133Mhz instead of 66Mhz so should make for some interesting dsware titles if nintendo allow it
