Rumour: Microsoft to launch 360 “Avatars”
X3F is reporting that Microsoft’s take on Miis may have just been leaked. Apparently, “Avatars” are to made available for all Live users this year, and “will be used in the place of the gamer picture you have today and give you a much more lifelike, animated and customizable persona”.
Not sure what to make of this. On one hand it looks completely unofficial and daft, on the other, if you paste that URL onto anything, it brings up, “Copying this information is in violation of your Legally Binding Agreement of Non-Disclosure.”

Ahh I dunno, I think the Microsoft Avatars idea has legs. Y’know, like most Miis don’t.
That’s the best I could come up with as a comment. I know, I’m fired.
