I followed this sort of thing a lot through DDR, when there would be one really hard song that would be the pinnacle to beat, and then someone would beat it and it’d be big community news, so they have to raise the bar again for the next release. I remember when MAX300 was the king of rhythm action games, everyone was trying to beat it. Ahh.. those were the days.
