After watching this fan-made video for Midnight Club, we really want Rockstar, get started on another one.
After it releases Red Dead Redemption 2 obviously because we need our cowboy fix first.
Created by RavenwestR1 using a ton of GTA 5 mods, the trailer is definitely a worthy homage to the Midnight Club franchise.
RavenwestR1 even came up with a storyline for Midnight Club 5 to go along with the video:
“Set in Los Santos, Midnight Club 5 is set before the event of GTA 5. You will play as Franklin during his pre-repo job. Franklin has a big name in the city, he is known for his great street racing skill and outrunning the Five-O in a unbelievable way. Only now, there is a new kid in town who, surprisingly also has good racing skills. He is called Lamar and now it’s your job to show him who is the real boss!”
Playing out like an E3 trailer, Midnight Club 5: Dub Edition Remix is a great trailer to watch on this lazy Saturday afternoon. It might event cause you to send a plea out to Rockstar regarding another entry – if you are a fan that is, and can be bothered with such things.
We don’t know how you feel, what you think or how you go about things after all. You may not give two scraps about the series, unlike a couple of us here at the site.
The last console release in the series was Midnight Club: Los Angeles in 2008 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Midnight Club: L.A. Remix was the PSP version of the title and released the same year.
In 2009, Rockstar released Midnight Club: Los Angeles – Complete Edition which included all map, vehicles, and music from the original game. It also included all post-launch DLC.
