PlayStation Vita Pets gets mobile demo

Sony is experimenting with something quite unusual - an Android and iOS demo of a Vita exclusive game.
An Android demo for PlayStation Vita Pets is available now on Google Play, with an iOS version coming next week; a stand-alone app, it's called PlayStation Vita Pets: Puppy Parlor.
The demo will feature a new dog every day, with players able to walk, bathe feed and play with their puppy. Playing the demo can unlock exclusive content for the full game.
"We wanted to give people the opportunity to get to know the pups in advance of the full game's release and experience one of the core aspects at the same time," associate producer Neil McPhillips told Shack News.
PlayStation Vita Pets is due in June.
