THQ and Activision settle Baja box art suit

According to this Joystiq report, Activision’s conceded there may have been some similarities between its SCORE International Baja 1000: The Official Game box-art and that of THQ’s Baja game, and has changed the image.

THQ’s pleased, apparently, and has dropped legal moves to get the art altered.
