Wrath of the Lich King out between October and December

Speaking in an investor call following the release of Q1 financials last night, Blizzard confirmed that WoW expansion Wrath of the Lich King will be releasing in the final quarter of this calendar year.

“We have said that it will be coming out this year,” said Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime. “I can tell you it’s not coming in the July to September quarter.”
