PSN game Malicious finally getting English version
Last year, a gorgeous PSN game called Malicious was released in Japan, but it was unknown whether the game would ever make its way to North America or Europe. Finally, today, Siliconera spotted a listing on Korea’s Game Rating board for an English language version of the title.
Malicious stars a character who carries a cloak that can be transformed in different varieties of weapons, and is used to fight enemies. The high-flying, fast-paced action combined with the transformable cloak makes this game highly reminiscent of Bayonetta. There’s no word yet on a release date, or any other information about the title. Other than that it’s drop dead gorgeous. Especially for a downloadable game. Gameplay video after the break.

Nintendo files 301 in US over piracy
Hot on the heels of ESA’s 301 filing to the US government, pleading for help in the international war on pirates, Nintendo’s jumped on board and done the same thing.
This one’s not quite as mad as ESA’s, which called for trade sanctions against Canada, but does include, according that reports, assistance from the US government in performing a “crackdown on corruption in Paraguay”. Just bomb them all. It’s easier.
Jodi Daugherty, Nintendo’s senior director of anti-piracy, said, “The unprecedented momentum enjoyed by Nintendo DS and Wii makes Nintendo an attractive target for counterfeiters.”
Nintendo estimates the lost sales caused by piracy to be around $975 million worldwide.
