The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine screens, more info in May

The Blood and Wine expansion pack for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is still without a release date, but we can at least enjoy looking at it.

And here's some further teasing from the studio's social and community boss Marcin Momot.

"I can already tell you Blood and Wine is a fascinating story, with every sort of twist and turn you’d expect from our writers,” he said.

“Toussaint, the new realm we’re creating for the expansion, is unlike anything you’ve seen in Wild Hunt – carefree and colorful, but your gut never stops telling you that there’s some real dark stuff happening underneath all that.

"We’ll be revealing more information in May."

CDP will be at PAX East this weekend to host a panel on the popular in-game card feature Gwent. It said previously there wouldn't be any Blood and Wine news, unfortunately.

When announced, the expansion was slated for the first half of 2016, which ends on June 30, so we still have a bit of a wait.

The expansion is  part of The Witcher 3 Expansion Pass for $24.99, but Blood and Wine will be made available separately as well.
