A new Exotic weapon has surfaced in Destiny: The Taken King called No Time To Explain and it's a Pulse Rifle.
As Arekkz explains above, getting the weapon hinges on completing the steps outlined in the Paradox Daily Heroic mission.
Arekkz says if you hand in the Ghost today, "it won't trigger today, but it's worth doing now so next time it comes around you're ready."
