Amplitude's PS4 & PS3 Kickstarter hit its goal at the last minute

Amplitude PS4 & PS3 developer Harmonix managed to successfully fund the rhythm-action reboot in the eleventh hour, after it looked like the game wouldn't hit its target.

The new follows my Amplitude interview with Harmonix, in which we discussed how the game will handle, why it's being brought back and about its crushing difficulty.

It was helped along by a $7,500 donation from Insomniac Games' CEO Ted Price, who bought himself a track in the game with his contribution. Here's the song he put together.

The $775,000 goal was hit with just 21 hours left. At the time of writing there are 13 hours left and the project has made $807,135.

It's now coming to PS4 and PS3 in March 2015.
