The 11th Humble Indie Bundle is now live, and it’s got a handful of enviable indie titles that are all playable on PC, Mac and linux. They are: Guacamele, Dust: An Elysian Tail, Gianna Sisters, and The Swapper for any price, and Antichamber and Monaco for beating the average, which sits at under $4 right now but will likely go up quickly. Mor egames will unlock for those who beat the average in about a week, as usual.

Monaco can be fun if you get the right people for it — light-hearted people who won’t behave too competitively, since it is a very co-operative experience. Though the real star of the show here is The Swapper.

Some of my favourite games are the ones people scream about being ‘not games,’ but this one actually is, in that it has some pretty good puzzles. Though it’s more something of an existentialist discussion, it wants to impart ideas to you, it’s a message, in a way. Some don’t like that, but I kind of dig it. Plus, the atmosphere of it and the aesthetics are perfect.

They use this stop-motion approach, with clay, and it gives it a really unique experience. And it’s perfectly eerie (but not spooky or scary) for the kind of existential atmosphere it wants to create.

    I really liked it.
