Kane Kosugi not starring in Tekken: A Man Called X, management firm apologizes for the error

It looks as though Dead or Alive actor Kane Kosugi is not starring in a Tekken prequel movie after all, according to an apology issued by his management firm, Destiny Production.

According to an update on his official website, he is instead starring in a movie titled Agent X, which is being produced by Crystal Sky.

"We would like to apologize for the ineptitude on our part," reads the statement on his website.

On Monday, it was reported that a prequel to the original Tekken movie was in the works called Tekken: A Man Called X and that Ong-Bak director Prachya Pinkaew was attached.
